Last updated: [DATE]. This is a basic starter policy — have it reviewed before running a real prize giveaway.

1. Who this covers

The Krunch Dwag Challenge ("the Game") is run by [Organizer Name] ("we", "us"). By signing in and playing, you agree to these terms.

2. What we collect

• If you Sign in with Google: your name, email address, and profile photo.
• If you choose to add a contact number: that phone number (this is optional).
• Basic gameplay stats (score, device type, rough location by browser locale) to keep the leaderboard fair and understand how the Game is played.
• Guest play collects none of the above — no account, no personal data.

3. Why we collect it

Solely to run the leaderboard and to identify and contact potential prize winners. Gameplay stats are used only in aggregate to improve the Game.

4. How we use it

We will not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your email and/or phone number are used only to notify you if you win a prize, and for occasional updates about the Game itself.

5. What's shown publicly

Only your chosen display name/avatar and score appear on the public leaderboard. Your email and phone number are never shown publicly.
